On Thursday the 20th of June, Bigstone National School and Rathmore National School got together to go to Lullymore Discovery and Heritage Park in Co. Kildare. Students had a wonderful time visiting the boglands, famine cottages, hedge schools and even a trip on a mini train. Students had time to play both indoors and outdoors, saw several animals and enjoyed a hot lunch on the day.
Another wonderful experience at the Gaiety Theatre Dublin when we went to see Beauty and the Beast in January. Thanks to the Parent's Association and the board of management for making these annual trips possible. What a memorable experience!
