Garda Visit

On Wednesday the 28th of June, our local community garda, Sean O’ Mahony came to visit the staff, students and parents of Bigstone N.S. Garda O’ Mahony facilitated an internet safety talk with parents and students of the senior room. He then visited the junior room to talk about the role of the gardaí in the community. All students then had the opportunity to explore the garda van, hear the sirens and see the flashing lights! The visit was very informative and thoroughly enjoyed by all.
