The students have been busy in the gardening group preparing the flower beds and planting new bulbs. We are looking forward to seeing the colourful flowers in the spring.

We have been very busy in our school garden since coming back to school in September. We have grown a pumpkin, carved it and made pumpkin soup. We have also grown sunflowers , sweetpea, lavender, courgettes, mint, strawberries and oregano. Our apple trees produced...

All students were invited to collect natural items for inclusion in our brand new bug hotel. Students then worked together to add a variety of natural material to the cage to create our bug hotel. The bug hotel has been placed beside our school planter.  

We are delighted to see our school garden in full bloom. Well done to everyone involved in the gardening group for their hard work over the year.
